- Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the product bracket and base from the wall box.
- Check the wiring to ensure the KNX cable and power cable are securely connected to the wall box terminals.
- Use the installation screws from the accessory pack to secure the bracket base to the wall box, ensuring the bracket is flush with the wall, then gently press the panel to fit.
- Be cautious not to overtighten the installation screws during the installation of the bracket to avoid deformation or damage to the screen and hardware.
- If installation issues arise, do not force the installation; instead, level the wall and check the flatness of the bracket.
